We will create a better workplace through zero harm, increased diversity and inclusion, good corporate governance and by continuing to engage our workforce. In 2015, we aimed to ensure that 30% of leadership positions are held by women including 30% at board level and 30% at management level by 2020. We have achieved this goal!

Our 2020 Goal:
We contribute positively to the communities in which we operate by encouraging our people to volunteer and participate in local community initiatives and environmental restoration programs. In 2015, we aimed for 3 volunteering days per employee year by 2020. While we didn’t achieve this goal we have built a great culture of giving back to our communities and increased our volunteering hours by 73% since 2015.

In 2015, we aimed to contribute 0.7% of pre-tax profits to our Better Communities programs. This includes charitable contributions, employee volunteering value and in-kind donations of equipment and services. We have achieved this goal!
