We are pleased to share our 2025 UK Gender Pay Gap Report, which covers the period April 2023 to April 2024. This report provides an important opportunity to reflect on our progress, reaffirm our commitment to gender equality, and highlight the actions we are taking to create a more inclusive workplace.

Brambles in the UK operates several legal entities, with two meeting the criteria required for UK gender pay gap reporting: Brambles Holdings (UK) Ltd and CHEP UK Ltd. Brambles Holdings (UK) Ltd represents our central based functions in the UK. This is the first year we are reporting data for this entity as we have now met the headcount threshold required. CHEP UK Ltd represents UK specific operations, including our operational service centres.

We’ve also chosen to share a combined view of our UK workforce, as this provides a more transparent and representative picture of our overall UK gender pay gap.

This report not only provides transparency around our data but also reinforces our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and the strides we have made toward achieving our workplace positive target. Our aim is to deliver a truly inclusive environment that fosters innovation, growth, agility, and long-term success.

We continue to be dedicated to achieving gender balance, supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of our workforce, and recruiting and retaining the best talent.

Declaration
