We worked with Tenneco to analyse its existing processes, and then to roll out leased and re-useable foldable large containers (FLCs). This has increased supply chain efficiency through a 30% reduction in total cost of ownership, enhanced production efficiency, and improved space utilization. It has also helped to remove more than 140,000 empty truck miles.
